Who is responsible

International Certification Services (ICS), Republic of Panama. For any matter related to your data, write to us at ventas@ics-panama.com or call +507 6536-0806.

What data we receive

Only what you send us. In the contact form: your name, company, email, phone, the service you are interested in, the number of employees, the sector and your message. The date and the IP address the request was sent from are recorded with it, to prevent abuse. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the data you include in your message.

What we use it for

To answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on it. We do not use it for other purposes and will not send you advertising without your consent.

Where it is stored and for how long

Requests reach ICS's email inboxes and a copy is kept on the website's server so that none is lost. We keep them for as long as they are needed to handle them and maintain the business relationship. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell or transfer your data. The website and email run on a web hosting provider that processes the data on behalf of ICS. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by that service's terms.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, or third-party tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from our own server.

Your rights

Under Law 81 of 2019 on personal data protection, you can request access to, rectification, cancellation, objection to and portability of your data by writing to ventas@ics-panama.com. If you believe we did not handle your request, you can contact Panama's National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and the files where requests are stored cannot be accessed from the internet.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
